Purpose: This page documents the SMS opt-in consent flow used by YourAIGo subscribers, operated by Republic Systems AI LLC. It is published as a verifiable Call-to-Action reference for compliance review.
About YourAIGo
YourAIGo is a SaaS platform that gives small business owners an AI voice phone agent, AI content generation, and lead capture in a single mobile app and web dashboard. Subscribers may optionally opt in to receive transactional SMS notifications about events in their own business account.
SMS Opt-In is Voluntary
SMS opt-in is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of using YourAIGo. Subscribers can sign up for, pay for, and use the full YourAIGo platform — including the AI voice agent, content generation, lead capture, scheduling, and dashboard — without ever consenting to SMS notifications. SMS is an optional convenience feature only. Declining SMS does not limit access to, or quality of, any other part of the service. Consent is not required for service or transaction completion.
Opt-In Flow
During onboarding to the YourAIGo mobile app (iOS / Android) or to the web dashboard at app.republicsystemsai.com, every subscriber is presented with the following opt-in checkbox:
☐ (Optional) I consent to receive SMS notifications from YourAIGo at the phone number on file for lead alerts, appointment confirmations, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
The checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required to complete account setup or onboarding. Subscribers who leave the checkbox unchecked complete onboarding normally and use the full platform without receiving any SMS messages. Subscribers may also opt in later from the in-app Settings → Notifications screen, or change their preference at any time.
A separate public Call-to-Action form is also available at app.republicsystemsai.com/sms-opt-in, which mirrors the same voluntary checkbox flow. Submitting that form without checking the consent box still saves the user’s information without enrolling them in SMS.
Message Categories
Opted-in subscribers receive transactional SMS in five categories, all triggered by events within the subscriber’s own YourAIGo account. This is not bulk marketing.
- New inbound leads captured by the subscriber’s AI voice agent
- Appointment confirmations and reminders booked through the platform
- Missed call alerts on the subscriber’s dedicated YourAIGo business phone number
- Subscription billing receipts from Stripe
- Daily and weekly account-performance summaries

- YourAIGo daily summary: 3 new leads, 1 booked appointment, $2,400 pipeline added. Open app for details. Reply STOP to opt out.
Opt-Out (Withdrawing Consent)
Subscribers may withdraw consent at any time and for any reason. To opt out, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKE to any YourAIGo SMS. Opt-out requests are honored within 24 hours and confirmed by a single final message: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
Subscribers may also withdraw consent in-app: Settings → Notifications → toggle SMS off. Withdrawing SMS consent does not affect access to any other YourAIGo features.
Subscribers may reply HELP or INFO at any time to receive contact information for YourAIGo support. Help reply: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.”
No Marketing, No Sharing
YourAIGo will never use a subscriber’s phone number for third-party marketing, bulk promotional content, or affiliate offers. SMS is strictly transactional — it relates only to events inside the subscriber’s own YourAIGo account. Phone numbers and opt-in records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Consent Records
For each opt-in event, YourAIGo stores the following data: user ID, phone number, timestamp (UTC), IP address of the consent event, and the exact text of the consent statement displayed. Consent records are retained for the lifetime of the subscriber’s account plus the regulatory retention period (typically 7 years).
