Data Deletion Instructions

Republic Systems AI LLC (“Republic Systems,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems. This page explains how to request data deletion for any of our services, including:
- republicsystemsai.com — our B2B content automation platform
- YourAIGo — our consumer mobile application (iOS and Android)
- Any data we have collected from your use of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or other connected services on our platforms
How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by following any of the methods below.
Method 1 — Email Request (Fastest)
Send an email to support@republicsystemsai.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the following:
- Subject line:
Data Deletion Request - Your full name
- The email address on file with our service
- The service(s) you want data deleted from (republicsystemsai.com, YourAIGo, or both)
- (Optional) Any specific data categories you want prioritized for deletion
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of acknowledgment.
Method 2 — In-App Request (YourAIGo Mobile App)
Within the YourAIGo mobile app:
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll to Privacy & Data
- Tap Delete My Account and Data
- Confirm the deletion request
You will receive an email confirming the request was submitted, followed by a second email when deletion is complete.
Method 3 — Account Deletion via Self-Service (republicsystemsai.com)
If you are a B2B platform tenant, you may delete your account directly via the dashboard:
- Sign in to your dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Account → Close Account
- Confirm
Account deletion automatically triggers full data removal per our retention policy.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile (name, email, password hash, business info)
- Any AI chat history associated with your account
- OAuth tokens for connected services (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) — your tokens are revoked and removed from our systems
- Phone numbers, voice samples, and avatar photos you submitted (if applicable to your tier)
- Generated content tied to your account that has not been published externally
- Lead records you have not explicitly exported
What May Persist (and Why)
For legal, tax, and security reasons, the following may persist after a deletion request:
- Payment records — retained for 7 years per US tax and accounting regulations
- Anonymized aggregate analytics — retained indefinitely (no longer tied to you personally)
- Encrypted backup snapshots — automatically erased within 90 days of your deletion request
- Records required by valid legal process — held only as long as legally required
Verification
To prevent fraudulent deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity by:
- Confirming the email address on file
- Providing the last 4 digits of the payment method on file (if applicable)
- Responding to a verification email or in-app prompt
We will not require disclosure of additional sensitive information beyond what is necessary to verify your identity.

If your request is more complex (e.g., spans multiple integrated services), we may extend the deletion window once by an additional 60 days, with written notice and explanation.
Third-Party Services
Some of the services we use to operate our platform are operated by third parties (Stripe for payments, Twilio for telephony, Vapi for AI voice, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, HeyGen for avatars, Anthropic for AI chat, Google for OAuth integrations, Meta for Facebook integrations). When you request deletion, we will:
- Delete the data we hold about you
- Where applicable, request that our processors delete data they hold on our behalf
For data held directly by these providers under their own user agreement with you (for example, your standalone Stripe customer record or your own Facebook account data), you must contact that provider directly to request deletion from them.
Facebook Login / Connected Pages — Specific Instructions
If you used “Login with Facebook” or connected a Facebook Page to our platform (e.g., to enable auto-posting under our Autopilot tier), and you want to remove that connection or delete data tied to that connection:
- In Facebook: go to Settings → Apps and Websites → find “AutoDirector-Pro” or “YourAIGo” → click Remove. This revokes our access to your Facebook data.
- In our platform: email support@republicsystemsai.com with subject
Facebook Data Deletion Requestand we will: - Delete the OAuth token from our systems within 48 hours
- Delete any Page metadata, post history, or insights cached in our databases within 30 days
- Confirm completion in writing
This page also serves as the User Data Deletion Instructions URL for our Facebook App Review submissions, in compliance with Meta Platform Terms.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you become aware of such a collection, please email support@republicsystemsai.com and we will delete the data immediately upon verification.
