Republic Systems AI LLC (“Republic Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates:
- republicsystemsai.com — our B2B content automation platform, which publishes AI-generated content to client WordPress sites and integrates with each client’s Google Calendar, Gmail, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube accounts at the client’s explicit direction.
- YourAIGo — a mobile application (iOS and Android) that provides AI-powered tools to small business owners, including a voice AI phone agent, content generation, lead capture, and a conversational AI assistant.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your personal information. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Authentication Information
When you create an account (on republicsystemsai.com or in the YourAIGo app), we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never see your plain-text password)
- Business name (for business accounts)
- Telegram user ID (for clients who connect a Telegram bot)
1.2 Payment Information
For paid subscriptions, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account number on our servers. We store only:
- Your Stripe customer ID (a non-sensitive token Stripe issues us)
- Subscription tier and status
- The last 4 digits of the card (displayed in the app for reference)
All payment data is handled directly between your device and Stripe’s PCI DSS–compliant systems.
1.3 Business Profile Information (B2B Service)
For republicsystemsai.com clients, we collect information needed to operate your content automation:
- WordPress site URL and application password (encrypted at rest using AES-256)
- Google OAuth tokens for Calendar, Gmail, and YouTube (encrypted at rest)
- LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) access tokens (encrypted at rest)
- RSS feed URL and content-generation preferences
- Business category, target audience, and brand voice settings
1.4 Content You Create or Submit
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Text prompts and AI chat messages you send to the in-app assistant
- Audio samples you submit for voice cloning (Director tier only)
- Photos you submit for custom avatar generation (Director tier only)
- Content the platform generates on your behalf (blog posts, social media posts, emails)
1.5 Communications Data (YourAIGo App)
For YourAIGo subscribers using voice features:
- Inbound calls to your assigned Twilio phone number are routed through Vapi’s voice AI; Vapi may record and transcribe these calls for the purpose of delivering the service and for quality assurance
- Phone numbers of callers who reach your AI agent
- SMS messages sent to or from your Twilio number
- Lead details captured during AI phone conversations (name, callback number, inquiry)
You are responsible for informing your callers that calls may be recorded in accordance with your state or country law.
1.6 Device and Technical Information (YourAIGo App)
The YourAIGo mobile app collects:
- Push notification device token (an anonymous identifier issued by Apple’s APNs or Google’s FCM, used only to send you push notifications)
- App version and operating system version
- Crash logs (if the app crashes)
The app does not collect:
- Location data (no GPS, no area-code detection, no location permissions requested)
- Contacts or calendar data from your device
- Photos from your device (unless you explicitly select one for a feature that uses it)
- Microphone input (unless you are actively using a voice feature)
- Biometric data (fingerprint and Face ID data never leave your device — we only receive a yes/no result from the operating system)
We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs. No Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar services are integrated.
1.7 Cookies and Similar Technologies (Website)
Our website republicsystemsai.com may use essential cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the services you signed up for
- Process your subscription payments
- Generate and publish content at your direction (B2B service)
- Route inbound calls to your AI phone agent (YourAIGo)
- Respond to your chat messages via our AI assistant
- Send you account-related notifications (sign-in, password reset, subscription status, pipeline completion)
- Alert the Republic Systems support team when a new user signs up or a payment fails, so we can provide prompt support
- Protect our services from fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train external AI models.

We share only the minimum information necessary for each provider to perform its function. We have data processing agreements in place where required.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with:
- The service providers listed in Section 3, and only as needed to operate your account
- Law enforcement or government authorities when legally compelled by valid legal process (we will notify you where permitted by law)
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (your information would remain protected by this policy)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, plus the following minimum retention windows:
- Account and profile data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account termination.
- Payment records: retained for 7 years after the transaction, as required by US tax and accounting regulations.
- Content you created (generated blog posts, published social posts): retained for the life of your account. You can delete individual content items at any time.
- Call recordings and transcripts (YourAIGo voice features): retained for 90 days by default, then automatically deleted, unless you request longer retention in your settings.
- AI chat history: retained for 30 days by default, then automatically deleted.
- Voice samples and avatar photos (Director tier): retained for the life of the voice/avatar asset you are using. Deleted within 30 days of deleting the asset or canceling your subscription.
- Crash logs and technical diagnostics: retained for 90 days.
After account deletion, backup copies may persist in encrypted archival storage for up to 90 additional days before being permanently erased.
6. Your Privacy Rights
6.1 All Users
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data (“right to erasure”)
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for any optional data processing (e.g., disconnect a Google/LinkedIn/Facebook integration)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe we have violated applicable privacy law

6.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to:
- Know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes
- Know whether we sell or share your information (we do not)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (N/A — we do not sell or share)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
6.3 European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our lawful bases for processing your data are:
- Contract — to provide the service you signed up for
- Legitimate interest — to secure our services, prevent fraud, and alert our support team to new signups
- Consent — where you have explicitly consented (e.g., OAuth integrations, voice cloning)
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and law enforcement requirements
You have the additional right to restrict processing and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
7. Data Security
We protect your information with:
- AES-256 encryption of sensitive credentials (WordPress passwords, OAuth tokens) at rest
- bcrypt password hashing (plain-text passwords never stored)
- HTTPS / TLS encryption of all data in transit between your device and our servers
- JWT-based authentication with 72-hour token expiry
- Biometric authentication on the YourAIGo app (optional) — Face ID / fingerprint data never leaves your device
- Least-privilege access controls for Republic Systems personnel
- DigitalOcean’s SOC 2 Type II–certified infrastructure for server hosting
- Stripe’s PCI DSS Level 1 certification for payment processing
No security system is perfect. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery, as required by GDPR and most US state laws.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users
Republic Systems AI LLC is headquartered in Texas, USA. All our servers are located in the United States (DigitalOcean’s New York region). By using our services, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Where required by law (e.g., for EEA users), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards to protect data transferred outside the European Economic Area.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or best practices. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top
- Notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect, for material changes that affect your rights
- Post a summary of the changes on this page
Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
